- Rate: $3,95 or free on orders over $60.

Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Mãe Matcha is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. We recommend contacting the carrier directly or reaching out to us for support.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please email us at contact@maematcha.co within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number.
Delivery Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.
